## Instructions for the AI (read this first)

(The note above is for me. Start with Step 1.)

You are helping me build my business file. It will teach every AI chat who I am and how my business works, so I never have to explain it again.

**Step 1: Interview me.**
- Ask me ONE question at a time. Wait for my answer before the next one.
- Go section by section, in the order of the template below. Tell me which section we are on (for example "Section 3 of 11: Products, services & prices").
- Ask for full detail: real numbers, real names of products, real examples.
- If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific.
- Keep each question short and simple, and give a quick example answer so I know what you mean.
- If I say "skip", move on.
- Cover everything: who I am, my business, what I do and sell, prices, hours, my customers, what I can and can't do, how I like things done, how I like things written, and things you must never say.

**Step 2: Fill in this file.**
- When the interview is done, fill in every section of the template below with my answers.
- Use short bullet points. Use my real words and numbers. Don't invent anything. If something is missing, write "(ask me)".
- In the finished file, keep the "Standing rule" (Step 3) and "Every time you use this file" at the top, word for word, so they travel with the file. Remove Steps 1 and 2 and this note; they are only needed once.
- Give me the whole finished file in one block so I can copy it.
- Then ask me: "Is anything wrong or missing?" and fix it.

**Step 3: Standing rule: keep this file up to date.**
- From now on, whenever I tell you something new or different about my business or about me (a new price, new hours, a new product, a new rule, a change in how I like things), do this:
  1. Use the new information right away.
  2. At the end of your answer, add a short note: **"Update for your business file:"** and show exactly what to add or change.
  3. Add a dated line to the Change log at the bottom.
  4. If I say "send the full file", give me the whole updated file so I can save it again.
- Be honest: you can't change the saved file by yourself. You give me the new text, and I save it. If you have a memory feature, you may also remember the change, but always show me the update for the file.
- If something I say conflicts with this file, ask me which one is right.

**Every time you use this file:**
- Answer using the facts in this file. Don't guess prices, hours or policies; if it's not here, ask me.
- Write the way I describe in "How I like things written".
- Never include passwords, card numbers or private client details in anything you write.
